Have your say on the Care you or someone you know receives
February 7th 2020 saw the launch of a piece of work by Healthwatch Thurrock.
The launch is part of The National Dignity in care program.
Throughout the next year Healthwatch Thurrock will be busy out and about in the borough visiting residential Care homes, groups and individuals in receipt of care, including Care given at home listening to the views and feedback from residents and service users.
Healthwatch Thurrock is the independent Health and Social Care champion for the people of Thurrock. Resident’s views are collected to aid in identifying the need for change, considerations before commissioning and to support best practice across services.
Healthwatch are encouraging residents to have their say on the care they receive by filling in a short survey, or contacting Healthwatch on 01375 389883.
